Advanced version of ACMS system allows for simplification of cash management via the automation of the majority of processes that so far had to be carried out manually by a user.
In an automatic manner the system monitors for any cases of infringement of specified cash levels (minimal and maximal) on the basis of data received from the banking system, order information and values stemming from various expert forecasts and special arrangements submitted by Bank employees. After a potential threat of financial affluence is spotted an automatic notification is generated that clears the potential problem.
In such case Bank employee does not have to submit any more system notifications and his role is to control and react in case of an emergency.
