Advanced Cash Management System (ACMS) is a solution that allows banks and financial institutions to do the following:
- - radical cash processing cost lowering,
- - swift cash machine, payment machine and cash service device management,
- - increasing client service quality,
- - from the organizational point of view, optimal scheduling of cash shipment and delivery,
- - cash management regardless of amount, structure, nominal and currency distribution.
ACMS system takes part in the cash management process from the point (bank branch, cash machine, payment machine), via the sorting office up to the cash target institution (NBP, other banks and institutions). The system registers all of the shipments and deliveries (convoys) that transport or collect cash from a given unit to the sorting office and from sorting office to the given unit. Bank employees are able to insert information regarding extraordinary payments/withdrawals that are planned in the near future. The given unit's treasury is also monitored as well as the amount of cash at every sorting office.
